Utleiemegleren was established in 1995 and has since developed extensive expertise in real estate. With a presence from Trondheim in the north to Kristiansand in the south, spread across 19 offices, we currently manage about 17,000 homes.

We have a central administration department consisting of lawyers, legal advisors, economists, as well as dedicated departments for sales, marketing, and communication. This structure provides both our brokers and clients with the security and expertise they need to succeed.

At our head office in Oslo, you will find the departments for finance, law, communication, and IT. These departments serve as an important support system for our brokers, enabling them to deliver high-quality services.
