Utleiemegleren offers a 24-hour on-call phone service in collaboration with UM property management.

Being able to offer help and assistance with landlord-related emergencies around the clock is an important part of our customer service. The service is available for landlords and tenants experiencing unforeseen issues related to the property or the rental agreement.

The emergency phone covers acute incidents that require immediate attention. For example, water leaks, power outages, or other technical failures that can damage the property or affect the tenant's safety.

The service is available outside normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure a quick response to critical situations. UM Property Management coordinates the necessary professionals, such as plumbers, electricians, or other tradespeople, to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
